Unity of Diesase & Unity of Cure

One main reason for all illnesses is the presence of foreign substances in the body. The primary cause of disease, aside from accidental injuries and harmful environments, is breaking the laws of nature.

1. Poor posture:

For example, sitting incorrectly, walking in awkward positions, or sleeping on a soft mattress can all lead to strain on the body. This strain can cause issues like spinal deformities or problems with other parts of the skeleton.

2. Lack of physical activity:

Not getting enough exercise can lead to weight gain, while too much exercise can weaken the body and lead to health problems.

3. Poor ventilation and pollution:

When there's not enough fresh air, it can make it hard to breathe, which is bad for our health. Pollution in the environment, like dirty air, soil, and water, can lead to breathing problems and other illnesses.

4. Working in dark places without enough light:

Natural light is super important for all living things. If you work in dark areas, it can strain your eyes, lower your vitamin D levels, and mess with your skin's melanin production.

5. Noise pollution

Loud noises can disrupt your sleep and make you feel mentally irritated, which isn't good for your body or mind.

6. Tight and synthetic clothing:

Wearing tight or synthetic clothes can interfere with your skin's ability to breathe. Synthetic fabrics don't absorb sweat well, causing it to build up on your skin and potentially lead to other health issues.

7. Irregular and unhealthy eating habits:

Eating too much, snacking when you're not hungry, consuming processed foods, canned goods, overly cooked meals, and too much meat can all be harmful.

8.All the food choices

and eating habits can mess with how our bodies work and lead to health issues.

9.Using stimulants and addictive substances

like tea, coffee, alcohol, and tobacco can disrupt body functions and stimulate the central nervous system, causing problems.

10.Taking medication

just to ease symptoms doesn't fix the underlying issues, and while it may block pain signals, it can also harm the kidneys and liver. Drinking enough water is crucial for all living things; it helps maintain fluid balance inside and outside of cells, supports hydration, and cleanses the body's internal systems. Not drinking enough water can interfere with sweating and other metabolic processes.

11.Mental disturbance and lack of mental health :

Mental health issues can arise from poor eating habits, an unhealthy environment, a bad lifestyle, and too much work. These factors can cause problems like psychosomatic disorders, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, stress, depression, and heart issues. All of this goes against the natural order, leading to lower energy levels, unusual blood and lymph composition, and the buildup of harmful substances.

Reduced Vitality :

Every cell has its own life and role; it absorbs energy, gets rid of waste, grows, ages, and eventually dies. When a single cell is unhealthy, it can make the whole body sick. Breaking the natural rules results in decreased cell energy, disrupts cell functions, and lowers the body's overall vitality. An unhealthy diet can lead to an abnormal makeup of blood and lymph.

An unusual makeup of blood and lymph, along with body elements, can cause harmful substances to build up. This abnormal blood and lymph composition results in the retention of toxins in various parts of the body. Over time, these toxins can lower energy levels and disrupt normal bodily functions. If these harmful substances stay in the body for too long, they can damage every cell and system, leading to long-term health issues.

Unity of Cure :

The idea of unity of cure is about getting rid of harmful substances in the body.

For example, things like coughing, diarrhea, fever, and sweating are all signs of this process. The body has different ways to eliminate these toxins, including through the bowels, kidneys, skin, and respiratory system.

If there's a problem with getting rid of waste, there are natural treatments that can help, such as fasting, enemas, steam baths, sun baths, and various packs for the kidneys and liver.

Activities like exercise, sunbathing, and air baths, along with therapies like osteopathy and massage, also support this elimination process. Additionally, mental health is crucial for overall well-being, and practices like yoga, including asanas, pranayamas, and kriyas, play a significant role in helping the body eliminate waste.

By using these natural treatments, people can maintain good health and potentially extend their lifespan.
